Right now on our e-mail server Postfix is configured to create mailboxes for every linux user. So, add a linux user in order to add an e-mail address. Possibly you will have to restart the Postfix service (please verify and update this last comment).
Please note that you should create user names in lower case as e-mail will not work well otherwise.
